I offer IT support, networking, website and mobile app development, bespoke systems, and short-term IT cover for small businesses. Services are delivered as agreed — either ad hoc or project-based — with clear communication and expectations set in advance.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to do anything that might cause harm, disruption, or compromise to the site or others using it. Any content or information provided here is subject to change without notice.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Rates are discussed and agreed before any work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work.

Standard rates start from £50/hour or £350/day, depending on the complexity and scope of the job. I’ll always confirm the cost beforehand.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is usually requested by bank transfer and is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise arranged. I reserve the right to charge interest or suspend services if payment is significantly delayed.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session or project, please give as much notice as possible. I understand life happens, but repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.

6. Data and Privacy

I respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide will only be used for providing agreed services or communicating with you. I don’t share your data with third parties unless legally required. For full details, please see the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

While I strive to deliver reliable and effective support, I’m not liable for:

  • Any data loss, system damage, or indirect loss arising from the use of my services
  • Failures caused by third-party tools, systems, or networks outside my control
